What the Automatic Plan is
This is the subscription version of TotalSwim2000 (entrena.totalswim2000.com): you subscribe once, pay $30 a month, and the app builds and updates your plan on its own every week — no waiting on anyone to review it.
Your plan is built with the same method Francisco Páez uses with his own team: it ramps up progressively, includes recovery weeks, and varies the exercises week to week. The difference from the Premium Plan is that here no one adjusts it by hand — it's 100% automatic, which is why it costs less.
Getting started
- Subscribe from totalswim2000.com or directly on this Hotmart link — $30/month, cancel anytime.
- As soon as your payment is approved, Hotmart shows you (and emails you) the access link to the app: entrena.totalswim2000.com.
- Go there with the same email you used to buy and request your access code. You'll get an email with a 6-digit code — enter it in the app (no password needed).
- The first time, the app asks a short questionnaire: your name, your goal (technique, distance, speed, competition, etc.), your level, the pool you train in, between 2 and 5 training days a week (the price doesn't change no matter how many you pick), and how much time you have per session.
- Before finishing, you have to read and check the health notice — it's required to continue.
- Based on that, the app builds your first plan right away.
Next time you log in, use the same email — the app recognizes you and takes you straight to your plan.
The most important field: your 100m freestyle time
The app uses it to calculate the exact pace of every set in your plan — how long each rep should take and how often you leave. If it isn't a real time of yours, your send-off intervals will come out poorly calibrated (too easy or impossible to hit). Enter it as accurately as you can, and update it whenever you get a new one.
What you'll find in the app
| Section | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Home | Today's summary: whether you train today and your current cycle's progress. |
| Weekly plan | Your training day by day — warm-up, main set, and so on. Updates itself every week. You can download it as a PDF to bring printed to the pool. |
| Log session | Mark which parts of the plan you completed that day. |
| Calendar | Monthly view of which days you trained versus which were scheduled. |
| Video analysis | Optional one-time add-on ($20): upload your video and get your feedback by email within 72 hours. |
| Technique questions | A form to ask Francisco any question about your technique. Not an instant reply — he answers by email when he can. |
| Library | Short videos explaining each exercise in your plan. |
| Articles | Short notes on technique and training. |
| Achievements | Badges for consistency (streaks, completed cycles, etc.). |
| Profile | Your info and your subscription status. |
This plan doesn't include coach accounts or a personal review of your plan — that's what the Premium Plan is for.
How to read your plan
Every exercise has a button next to its name: "How it's done" for exercises with a specific technique (a drill, a turn, a skill), and "Why" on pace sets, explaining why that set is in your plan. Pace sets also carry a color tag for their intensity (easy aerobic, threshold, maximum effort), and at the end of each day you see a summary of how many meters you swam in each zone.
When your training cycle (macrocycle) ends, your plan lets you know and asks you to swim a hard 100 freestyle in practice — it doesn't need to be a race. With that new time, the app automatically adjusts the pace of your next cycle.
How video analysis works
It's not included in the subscription: it's a one-time $20 add-on, which you can buy anytime from the Video analysis section of the app. Once purchased, you fill out a form with your video (or a link to it) and get your technical feedback by email within 72 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay before I can log in?
Yes — unlike the Premium Plan, this one activates as soon as your payment is approved on Hotmart.
How do I cancel?
From your Hotmart account, anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens if a charge fails (expired card, etc.)?
You get 5 grace days with normal access. If it's not resolved by then, access pauses until the next approved charge — you don't lose your progress, it just stays on hold.
Do I need to install anything?
No, it's a website — it works from your phone's or computer's browser. You can "add to home screen" on your phone so it opens like an app.
How do I log in if I lost my code?
Go back to entrena.totalswim2000.com with the same email and request a new code.
Can I switch to the Premium Plan later?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll help you switch.
